Welcome to Our Native Plant Garden!

Our Native Plants Garden may not look like much right now, but MAGIC is happening beneath the soil.

Several varieties of native plants were donated and placed lovingly into the dusty ground. As we dug, we discovered the saddest soil we've ever seen. The plants will change that.

Native plants have root systems that go DEEP, whereas non-native plants have shallow root systems. Because of the deep roots, they get water when we can't water them. They improve the soil they grown in. MOST importantly, once established and in full bloom, they will attract our vital native pollinators in.

Give it time, and watch this become a thriving natural habitat. A winding path and placards will be added so you can leisurely stroll through and learn more about these incredible plants.
